Controversial Name Confirmed To Be Working For TNA Wrestling

TNA Wrestling have hired a controversial wrestling name

A controversial wrestling name is confirmed to be working in TNA Wrestling.

After reports in late 2023 suggested the then IMPACT Wrestling were bringing him in on a trial basis, former AEW Producer Ace Steel has confirmed that he is indeed continuing in his role at TNA, saying the following to the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling:

"Working with TNA as a producer at the moment. Loving that, loving the atmosphere there. Just a great backstage feel," said Steel.

Steel is believed to have come into the company around Bound for Glory in October 2023, joining on a trial basis around a month after being fired from All Elite Wrestling.

A former WWE Performance Center coach, Steel’s AEW run was controversial, due to the former Ring of Honor star’s alleged involvement as part of the infamous All Out 2022 backstage brawl alongside long-time friend CM Punk with The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega. Steel allegedly bit Kenny Omega and threw a chair that rocked Nick Jackson.

Steel was released after ‘Brawl Out’ but was brought back in at a later date at Punk’s behest. After Punk was fired for a further backstage incident at All In 2023, Steel was again let go by the company.
