D-Von Dudley Open To In-Ring Return Following WWE Departure

D-Von Dudley departed WWE in January

D-Von Dudley left WWE earlier this month, bringing an end to his latest run with the company, where the multi-time World Tag Team Champion had spent seven years working as a backstage producer.

The ECW, WWE, and TNA legend hung up his boots in 2016 as he transitioned into a backstage role, but during a recent virtual signing with Signed by Superstars, D-Von revealed he could make an in-ring return:

"Do I have one more match in me? Possibly. I have to get cleared by the doctors first. Remember, I had back surgery on February 15th [2022]. I had three discs removed and put into bolts and screws. I'm definitely dealing with that right now. I feel great, I'm back in the gym. I'm doing what I gotta do. I just gotta be able to move around the way I used to in order to get back in the ring again,” said D-Von.

D-Von last wrestled in December 2016, teaming with Bubba Ray Dudley against The Hardys, Private Party, and EYFBO (AEW’s Proud & Powerful) at a HOG Wrestling event.
