Triple H Believes Austin Theory Can Be A Top WWE Star
Austin Theory can become a big WWE star according to Triple H
Since his NXT debut in late 2019, WWE have clearly had grand designs for Austin Theory, calling him up for a brief main roster run and WrestleMania debut after several months in the company, before sending him back to NXT to fully flesh out his character.
Now firmly established on WWE’s main roster, Theory is the current US Champion and a former Money in the Bank holder, and during a piece on Theory on ESPN, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque noted how he thinks Theory can go all the way to the top of WWE:
"It's a nuanced feeling... once you see this guy's a great athlete, I'm looking for their personality, their charisma," Triple H said. "Austin Theory has it, and then some.
"Do I think he has all the potential to be one of the biggest stars in the business? Absolutely. What determines that? A lot of that is up to him now."
After being called back up to main in 2021, Theory was positioned on-screen with Mr. McMahon, kayfabe positioned as McMahon’s protege in the company.
