Danhausen To Undergo Surgery On Broken Tibia & Fibia

Danhausen has confirmed he will need to undergo surgery after suffering a broken tibia and fibia at the weekend.

As previously noted, Danhausen went down injured at the Next Generation Wrestling show in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Sunday, and was taking to hospital for further treatment. He had been teaming with WARHORSE to take on the Renegades Of Flight.

The popular independent wrestling star would confirm his injury status on social media after an initial diagnosis, before revealing a separate trip to the doctor would confirm if he needed surgery.

Danhausen has now confirmed that he will go under the knife on Friday in order to have a rod put into his leg.

Danhausen wrote on Twitter: "Danhausen has to get surgeryhausen on Friday. Going to have an inanimate rod placed in his leg."

Mance Warner also sustained injuries at the same event as Danhausen, suffering a broken tibia and a broken fibula. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select is reporting that he has already undergone surgery on these setbacks.
