Darby Allin Avoids Major Injuries At AEW Double Or Nothing

Darby Allin checked out of the hospital following AEW Double or Nothing

Darby Allin appears to have walked away from AEW Double or Nothing relatively unscathed.

The two-time TNT Champion was part of Team AEW in Anarchy in the Arena at Double or Nothing against The Elite's Matthew Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, Kazuchika Okada, and Jack Perry. Allin was his typical daredevil, setting Jack Perry on fire and eating a thumbtack Superkick from The Young Bucks. Darby spent the closing stages of the match hanging from the ceiling while The Elite pinned Bryan Danielson.

Despite the brutal nature of the match, Darby Allin did not suffer any major injuries at Double or Nothing, according to Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer, and Darby appears to be okay after being checked out of the hospital.

Allin has suffered from multiple issues in recent months, having sustained a broken foot in March that is yet to fully heal. He was then hit by a bus while saving punk rock artist Raymond Pettibon from being hit by the vehicle.

Whether Darby will remain on TV following Double or Nothing or take time off until he is 100 per cent is currently unknown.
