Darby Allin Reveals Anger At Jack Perry's 'Cry Me A River' Line During AEW All In 2023

Darby Allin wasn't all too impressed with Jack Perry at last year's All In

Jack Perry and Darby Allin’s personal clash at AEW All In: London 2024 is fast approaching, taking place tonight in Wembley Stadium. In the lead up to their match, the pair have pretty much tried to kill each other, with flamethrowers, vehicular attacks, and more playing a role in their TNT Championship rivalry.

When speaking to Inside The Ropes with Kenny McIntosh, Allin spoke about Perry’s antics at last year’s AEW All In when he said “real glass, cry me a river” in to the camera in reference to reports about CM Punk shooting down an idea in which Perry wanted to use real glass on a car for a spot.

“I think the best thing is when you can bring stuff that you are actually passionate about, and the fact that he did what he did last year was annoying. It was super annoying because you think of 80,000 plus fans, and then you’re gonna go into business for yourself. There’s literally people that would die for that opportunity, people that will never get to ever do that, and then you’re more focused on that. So of course I would bring that in because that p*ssed me off. It p*ssed off a lot of people. It’s just ungrateful.”

Perry’s comments led to a brief backstage tussle with CM Punk which was aired on AEW Dynamite earlier this year as part of The Elite vs. AEW feud, and ultimately led to Punk’s firing from the company. Allin revealed this week that he was still planning on climbing Mount Everest.
