David Finlay Says Jay White & Juice Robinson's Group Isn't The Real Bullet Club

Bullet Club will soon enjoy its 10-year anniversary on May 3 and the faction entered a new era earlier this year. Jay White had been the stable's leader since 2018 but he left New Japan Pro-Wrestling after losing a Loser Leaves NJPW Match to Eddie Kingston at Battle in the Valley on February 18. White was then attacked by David Finlay following the match and Gedo has since confirmed the son of Fit Finlay as the new leader of Bullet Club.
Jay White remains in the sphere of BC, though, and he has established Bullet Club Gold with Juice Robinson. The move could cause issues with the new Bullet Club leader as David Finlay told Sports Illustrated that BCG is not "the real Bullet Club."
"Juice and Jay, whatever they're doing in AEW, I don't know what that is. Make no mistake - they are not part of the real Bullet Club," Finlay said.
While Jay cannot enter a New Japan ring after leaving the promotion, he could conceivably face Finlay at a future AEW show in a battle of who runs the real Bullet Club.
Finlay is currently focused on New Japan and he is set to challenge Tama Tonga for the NEVER Openweight Championship at Wrestling Dontaku on May 3. Jay White, meanwhile, is in a programme with Ricky Starks.
