Dax Harwood On Willie Mack: "For The Love Of God, Somebody Needs To Hire This Man"

Willie Mack is currently one of the top free agents in professional wrestling but an AEW star wants to see him get signed. 

Taking to Twitter, Dax Harwood endorsed Mack, urging someone to sign the 35-year-old.  

"For the love of God, somebody needs to hire this man. Absolute [money]," Harwood tweeted. 

Mack was previously signed with IMPACT Wrestling but he has been a free agent since he turned down a new contract in May of 2022. 

The former X-Divison Champion explained to Denise Salcedo why he rejected their offer, saying: 

"Well, first and foremost, it was a money thing, because they promised one thing and I said, 'You know what? I'm not accepting that.' So I went back to where I started, on the independents, even though it's a tough grind, but at least I'm having fun and getting to travel and meeting people that I haven't seen in years. It's good to be able to do your own thing. I can pick up the phone and say, 'I can be there Monday night' [or] 'I can't do that, I'm already booked here' and stuff like that. It feels great."

Since becoming a free agent, Mack has primarily performed in Mexico for AAA alongside appearances for NJPW, MLW and various independent wrestling promotions.
