December 8 AEW Dynamite Sees Slight Rise In Audience Figures

Slightly better numbers

The Wednesday 8 December episode of AEW Dynamite saw a slight increase in audience viewership figures.

According to ShowBuzz Daily, this past week's Dynamite averaged at 872,000 viewers on TNT, which is up by 1.3 per cent from the December 1 episode. It is worth noting, however, that this number still makes it the second-lowest audience for the show in its usual Wednesday slot since July 7.

In the crucial 18-49 demographic, Dynamite achieved a better result, claiming a 0.33 rating. This is up 6.5 per cent from last week's show and is the program's best demographic rating since mid-November.

AEW Dynamite finished fifth in this week's cable charts and faced, as usual, stern competition from NBA basketball on ESPN.

In terms of the individual age groups, Dynamite actually saw a significant decrease in viewership with males aged 12-34, but made some huge gains in the female demographic of the same age range, where the show was up by 10 per cent.

This past week's Dynamite was held in Long Island and was main evented by Bryan Danielson versus John Silver.
