Dolph Ziggler Teases Challenging For The WWE NXT Title

Following his loss to hometown favourite Angelo Dawkins on last night's WWE Raw, Dolph Ziggler gave a web-exclusive backstage interview where he teased a unique potential match. 

Ziggler was shown a tweet made by NXT Champion Bron Breakker during the recent Royal Rumble PPV, in which he mockingly shared a clip of Ziggler's elimination from the Rumble match. In response, Ziggler said:

"Well it's always good to have fans I guess. [...] Maybe one of these days those people that run their mouths online have to deal with me in person, so maybe Breakker and his title...maybe I take it away from him. Maybe I stop by."

Despite the many changes to NXT in recent months, one constant appears to be the occasional appearance of main roster Superstars, leaving the possibility open that Ziggler could indeed appear on NXT to challenge Breakker. 

The NXT Champion won the title from Tommaso Ciampa on Jan 4 at New Year's Evil, but is currently set to team with Ciampa to take on Legado del Fantasma.
