Dralistico Apologises To Fans For LFI Not Being Booked At AEW Grand Slam Mexico

AEW Grand Slam: Mexico is fast approaching, as the promotion works alongside CMLL to host a historic show at Arena Mexico next week on June 18 for a special episode of Dynamite. Unfortunately, some of the politics involving CMLL and AAA are still in play when it comes to the booking of the show, as some of those who recently wrestled in AAA are seemingly not allowed to be booked for matches.
Member of La Faccion Ingobernables, Dralistico, took to social media to apologise to the fans who wanted to see him and his fellow faction members, RUSH and The Beast Mortos, appear on the card. He explained in a reply to a fan posing the question that CMLL’s policies and rules should be respected.
“These are CMLL policies and rules that must be respected. We are comfortable where we are. If tomorrow Aew sends us to defend the flag, we will gladly do so. In the meantime, we apologize to all the fans who thought the L.F.I. would be at that event.”
Dralistico competed in AAA as recently as 2023, with a similar tale being told for RUSH and Mortos who both wrestled in AAA over the last couple of years.
