Drew McIntyre Aiming To Win WWE Money In The Bank & Cash In At Clash At The Castle

McIntyre plans to win at Money in the Bank and then cash-in at Clash at the Castle

Former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre has thrown down the gauntlet to the rest of the Money in the Bank ladder match participants, claiming he is going to win the match and then cash-in on WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns (should he still be champion) at Clash at the Castle.

Discussing his goals during a recent appearance on WWE's The Bump, the Scotsman said:

"I want the champion, no matter who it is, Roman Reigns, Riddle, I don't care who. I want that match at Clash of the Castle. At the same time, if it happens on SummerSlam, if it happens on SmackDown, if somebody comes out and says hey Drew, do you want a title match, I'm gonna say yes, obviously. I'm just setting myself goals. I'm just putting it out there and I'm just working towards those goals".

McIntyre went on to praise the Tribal Chief, before saying that 'we need both titles' as Reigns no longer appears on all shows due to his new, part-time schedule.

Drew has participated in four previous Money in the Bank ladder matches - two in 2010, as well as in 2019 and 2021 - but has yet to capture the elusive briefcase.
