Drew McIntyre Wants WWE Match With Daniel Bryan

Could Daniel Bryan show up on Monday Night Raw?

Drew McIntyre would relish the opportunity to work a match with Daniel Bryan in the near future, while also admitting he has 'unfinished business' with Roman Reigns.

McIntyre appears to still be involved in the WWE Championship picture on Monday Night Raw, despite Bobby Lashley's win over him and Braun Strowman at WrestleMania Backlash. Looking past the Title scene, the Scottish Warrior would be open to working with Bryan.

The 39-year-old was recently banished from SmackDown following defeat to Universal champion Reigns, amid reports his WWE contract has expired, but McIntyre is hopeful the two can do something 'very special'.

Speaking to Mid-Day.com, he said: "I don’t know what’s going on with his future after he lost the match. Maybe he shows up on NXT? Maybe he shows up on RAW? But he and I haven’t got to do much together. Certainly never had anything big, and I think obviously with where we’re at in our careers, it would be something very special."

Speaking of Reigns, McIntyre would also be interested in rekindling their rivalry, after the two fought at Survivor Series 2020. The match came to an end with Jey Uso interfered on Reigns' behalf, allowing him to get the win.

McIntyre added: "With Roman it’s pretty obvious there is unfinished business, we are a couple of Superstars at the top of our game on our respective brands, we had a cheap finish from the last match with all the interference and the low blow."
