When he isn't facing the likes of Joe Hendry, The Hardys, and PCO inside a TNA Wrestling ring, AJ Francis spends much of his time in front of his TV playing EA Sports FC (FKA FIFA).

Francis is part of one of the biggest Pro Clubs teams in the world but he also enjoys playing Career Mode. Instead of picking a top side, though, Francis usually gives himself a challenge and he has managed the likes of Brighton & Hove Albion, Ipswich Town and Barnsley on past editions of FIFA.

"When I play my career mode on FC 25, I don't go straight to like a top club. I have started in the Championship before. I've been on Brighton, I've been on Ipswich but before they were in the Premier League, Barnsley," AJ Francis exclusively told Cultaholic Wrestling.

After being asked if he had used any teams from North East England, Francis noted he had played as Newcastle United before but not Sunderland.

"I have been on Newcastle, yes. I haven't been on Sunderland but I have been on Newcastle. I've just always liked the Newcastle kits...I've been all over, man. I've been playing FIFA since literally 1998," Francis added.

Francis' love of the beautiful game began in 1998 when he watched Thierry Henry and France at the World Cup. His fascination of Henry made Francis an Arsenal fan and he follows 'The Gunners' to this day.

AJ Francis is currently a part of TNA Wrestling, although he also revealed to Cultaholic that his contract expires at the end of the year.
