More ECW Legends Teased For WWE NXT At 2300 Arena

NXT are set to invoke the spirit of extreme when they broadcast from Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena on October 29, but could some ECW legends be appearing on the show?

Multi-time ECW World Tag Team Champion Bubba Ray Dudley has already been confirmed to be meeting fans at the former ECW Arena during the event, and during a conversation with The Takedown, Tony D’Angelo mentioned a few ECW originals that he’d like to see in the ‘bingo hall’:

“I'm unable to speak on the company's behalf as far as that goes, but do I selfishly want that to happen? Absolutely. I think that would be very cool, especially with all the history that FBI has in that building. I think it would be great for the D'Angelo Family to work with the FBI. We'll see what Nunzio is doing. Maybe I'll give him a call. I know a few guys that he works with, so maybe we can put something together,” said D’Angelo.

The FBI - Full Blooded Italians - were a mainstay of ECW throughout its original incarnation and during the WWE ECW years in the late 2000s. Every version of the group featured Little Guido Maritato (aka Nunzio) and featured the likes of Tony Mamaluke, Big Sal E. Graziano, Vito, and Tracy Smothers, amongst others.
