Federación Wrestling Debut Show Postponed After Andrade & RUSH Pull Out Of Event
The debut event was scheduled for this Saturday
Federación Wrestling have announced that their debut show, originally set for Saturday 19 June, has been postponed after the likes of Andrade El Idolo and RUSH pulled out of the event.
Andrade had been set to team with RUSH, Bestia Del Ring, and a surprise partner against Matt Taven, PJ Black, and The Briscoe Brothers at this Saturday's event in Mexico City. However, the 31-year-old took to social media that he would no longer be in attendance, saying that a 'a good arrangement was not reached with the new company'.
In a separate post on Twitter, RUSH confirmed that he and other members of La Faccion Ingobernable, including Kenny King, Dragon Lee, and Bestia Del Ring, were also off the event due to 'logistics problems'.
With multiple advertised wrestlers now no longer attending, Federación Wrestling have confirmed in a statement published by Mas Lucha that this Saturday's event will be rescheduled.
They said: "To the fans, press and the wrestling family in general. We bring to your attention that our grand show Federación Wrestling, that would have taken place next Saturday, June 19 in Lienzo Charro de Constituyentes, will be rescheduled due to unfortunate logistical inconveniences.
"To the wrestlers and media that involved themselves with this ambitious project, we thank you and we reiterate that we will let you know the details regarding the next date."
