Finn Balor Challenges Edge To WWE WrestleMania 39 Match

Another match looks set to be made official for WrestleMania 39 in the coming weeks. 

Finn Balor appeared on the February 27 edition of Monday Night Raw and challenged Edge to a match at the Showcase of the Immortals, noting that only The Prince can decide when their issues are over. When Edge will respond to the challenge has not been revealed. 

Edge and Balor have been feuding for several months since the WWE Hall of Famer was kicked out of Judgment Day. Their issues looked to be settled after Edge and Beth Phoenix defeated Balor and Rhea Ripley at Elimination Chamber but Balor cost Edge the United States Title on last week's episode of Raw. The Prince then laid out Edge with multiple Coup de Graces. 

A Hell in a Cell Match between Edge and Balor was reportedly planned for Royal Rumble so WWE may revisit the stipulation for WrestleMania 39. The show is set to take place in Los Angeles, California on April 1 and April 2.
