Finn Balor with abdominal stretch on WWE Raw

WWE have edited out Finn Balor's botch from the February 17 episode of Monday Night Raw on Netflix.

Balor went one-on-one with Seth Rollins in an Elimination Chamber qualifier in the main event of WWE Raw. The final minutes of the match saw Seth Rollins apply a Sharpshooter to Balor, only to relinquish the hold and pick Balor up for a Pedigree. Rollins then covered Balor following the Pedigree but Finn was late in kicking out, with the referee stopping his hand from counting the three even though Balor's shoulder was still on the mat.

Balor's botch was in the live version of the February 17 edition of Raw, but the botch has been edited out of the on-demand version of Raw to make it appear as if Balor kicked out at two without any issues. The fans chanting "three" during the referee's count, which was in the original version, has also been removed. The "ref you suck" chants which followed the botch have been left in the on-demand airing of the show.

Despite the late kickout from Balor, there were no issues following the match and people backstage in WWE were happy with how the finish of the Raw main event evolved following the botch, Fightful Select has reported.

Seth Rollins ultimately defeated Balor in the main event of Raw to punch his ticket to the Elimination Chamber. The other competitors in the Men's Elimination Chamber match are John Cena, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, and Damian Priest.
