A first-time-ever match will take place at New Japan Pro-Wrestling's upcoming Burning Spirit show in Beppu on September 18.

The promotion have announced that YOSHI-HASHI, Hirooki Goto, and YOH will defend the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championships in a Tornado Dog Cage Survival Match against House of Torture's EVIL, SHO, and Yujiro Takahashi.

The match can be won by pinfall, submission, or by placing all three members of the opposing team in one of the four dog cages at ringside. Any competitor placed in a dog cage is automatically eliminated from the match.

Dog cages were first introduced to the feud between CHAOS and House of Torture back in July when YOSHI-HASHI, Hirooki Goto, and YOH defeated their opponents to win the NEVER titles. That match saw Toru Yano place interfering H.O.T members in a dog cage to stop them from getting involved in the in-ring action.

Outside of the title match, the Burning Spirit show will feature multiple tag team matches, including a 10-man elimination tag in the main event that will see Bullet Club's Jay White, Gedo, Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows, and Taiji Ishimori face Hiroshi Tanahashi, KUSHIDA, Tama Tonga, Toru Yano, and Jado.
