First Round Of PWG Battle Of Los Angeles 2023 Revealed
PWG have revealed the opening round for the highly anticipated 2023 Battle of Los Angeles
With the end of the year comes the dawn of the next, and with the new year comes the biggest tournament in independent wrestling - the Battle of Los Angeles.
Pro Wrestling Guerrilla recently revealed the 17 entrants for the prestigious tournament, and later added surprise 18th entrant SB KENTo. Taking to Twitter, PWG announced the entire first round for the two-night tournament, set to run on January 7 and January 8 at the Globe Theater in Los Angeles.
‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey is unable to compete on night one, so will wrestle on night two, with the winner of one of the opening round matches taking on Bailey on night two.
Elsewhere, Black Taurus, Bandido, and El Hijo del Vikingo will clash in a first-round three-way which has already got internet fans buzzing, whilst married couple Jonathan Gresham and Jordynne Grace will face off in singles action.
