A former SmackDown General Manager could be returning to WWE TV in the near future.
According to Fightful Select, Vickie Guerrero has told numerous people that she will be back with WWE for some things "in a few weeks." WWE's plans for Guerrero are unknown, but the all-women's pay-per-view Evolution is scheduled for Sunday, July 13 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Guerrero debuted in WWE in the summer of 2005 as part of Eddie Guerrero's feud with Rey Mysterio over custody of Dominik Mysterio. Following Eddie's passing, Vickie became a regular on WWE TV, holding a number of roles, including SmackDown GM and Raw GM, until she left the company in June 2014.
Vickie made sporadic appearances on WWE programming until she debuted in All Elite Wrestling in December 2019, a move which caused WWE to ghost her. Vickie officially signed with AEW in August 2020 and she managed the likes of Nyla Rose and Marina Shafir until her contract expired in 2023.
Relations between Vickie and WWE have seemingly improved as she was shown in the crowd during the September 13, 2024 episode of SmackDown, which was the show's return to USA Network.
