Back on April 10, WWE announced they had released Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder of The Revival and the former SmackDown Tag Team Champions are now free to sign with another promotion. Now going by Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, the pair repeatedly turned down new contract offers from WWE, and images emerged over the weekend showing how the company planned to bury the tag team on their way out.

Harwood and Wheeler quickly put their WWE stint behind them, however, as on the same day they were released, they filed to trademark "Fear The Revolt. While they are yet to confirm their new team name, they have been using "F. T. R" since they left the company and their new name is expected to be The Revolt.

The speculation only intensified last night as Dax Harwood released the pair's new logo on Twitter. It is composed of a red circle dripping with blood with the letters "RV" inscribed in the middle. The logo bares some resemblance to that of V's in V for Vendetta.

In the graphic novel, V liberated the United Kingdom from an oppressive fascist regime by blowing up Parliament and 10 Downing Street before his death. Could The Revolt now be looking to liberate professional wrestling with their "no flips just fists" mentality?
