FTR Announced For NJPW Battle Autumn
FTR finally make their way to Japan for NJPW Battle Autumn
IWGP Tag Team Champions FTR will finally make their Japan debut for New Japan, with Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler set for NJPW Battle Autumn in Osaka on November 5.
In a video released to Twitter, FTR declared that they want to face New Japan’s best, although no opponents have been announced at the time of writing.
FTR have held the IWGP Tag Team Titles since AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door in June, defeating former champions United Empire, and Roppongi Vice in a winner takes all match with FTR’s ROH World Tag team Championships also on the line.
Whilst this will be the team’s NJPW Japan debut, the pair have wrestled for New Japan elsewhere, including a recent much lauded bout against Aussie Open at NJPW Royal Quest II in London, England.
