Full NJPW New Beginning In Nagoya Card Revealed

New Japan Pro-Wrestling have released the full card for their upcoming New Beginning in Nagoya show, which should see developments on several Wrestle Kingdom 18 talking points.

One of the most notable results from the January 4 show was Tama Tonga's victory over Shingo Takagi, which saw him become the new NEVER Openweight Champion, before announcing in the post-show press conference that he would shortly be leaving New Japan.

Tama is set to main event the New Beginning in Nagoya, defending his title against EVIL. The challenger raised the stakes of their rivalry the night after Wrestle Kingdom, attacking the new champion at New Year Dash. The official NJPW website explains:

"A post match beat down at New Year Dash not only saw the King of Darkness stake his claim to the NEVER belt, but also humiliate the newly crowned champion as he hacked off Tama’s hair."

The other matches on the card are as follows:
