Further Details On Nick Hogan's DUI Arrest

More on Nick Hogan's arrest

Nick Hogan (AKA Nick Bollea), the son of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, was arrested in the early hours of November 18 in Clearwater, Florida for misdemeanour DUI. After spending around 15 hours in jail, Bollea was released on a $500 bond.

Further details about Nick Hogan's arrest have been revealed, with it being noted that Hogan was pulled over while driving home from a bikini contest at Hulk Hogan's restaurant.

Radar, who obtained the police report, has reported that Hogan was pulled over after driving past three stationary police cars reporting to a separate traffic incident. Hogan was arrested after a Clearwater police officer smelled booze on his breath and he "performed poorly on the field sobriety test."

Hogan's eyes were also "bloodshot" and "glassy" and he showed signs of "impairment.". Bollea was driving 51 MPH in a 40 MPH zone.

Nick Hogan has suffered from legal issues in the past, including being involved in a car crash in 2007 that left John Graziano with severe brain damage. Hogan pleaded "no contest to reckless driving involving serious bodily injury" and he spent eight months in jail following the incident.

John Graziano's mother Debra has said she isn't surprised by Nick Hogan's latest arrest, telling TMZ: "I can only pray that at some point in his life, while he still has the chance, that he turns his life around. Until then I hope no one else gets hurt. I grieve the virtual loss of my son on a daily basis. I thank God daily that at least I have John here with us at home."
