Memphis Grizzlies Mascot Tombstones A Turkey As The Undertaker Ahead Of Thanksgiving

Memphis Grizzlies mascot goes full Undertaker for Thanksgiving

A poor human-sized turkey was sacrificed ahead of Thanksgiving by the Memphis Grizzlies.

Ahead of the Grizzlies' NBA match with the Boston Celtics on Sunday, November 19, Memphis mascot Grizz channelled his inner Deadman as he went full Undertaker and donned the trademark hat and leather coat to tombstone an innocent turkey mascot. The Undertaker then claimed the soul of the turkey and ordered his druids to take it away, likely for cooking and carving ahead of Thanksgiving in the United States.

The Grizzlies ultimately lost to the Boston Celtics.

Thanksgiving will be celebrated on Thursday, November 23. As is tradition, WWE Survivor Series will take place shortly after on Saturday, November 25 at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

After Cody Rhodes eats plenty of turkey he will lead Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, and Randy Orton inside WarGames to take on Drew McIntyre and Judgment Day's Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh.

AEW will also hold their Thanksgiving Eve edition of Dynamite in Chicago on Wednesday, November 22.
