Gangrel Open To Joining Edge's New WWE Faction

Gangrel thinks it would be cool to join Edge's WWE group

Shortly after turning heel, Edge formed a new group at WrestleMania 38 as Damian Priest assisted The Rated-R Superstar to help him defeat AJ Styles on The Grandest Stage Of Them All.

No new members have joined Priest and Edge as of yet but the WWE Hall Of Famer's former Brood faction-mate Gangrel revealed to Wrestling Inc. that he was open to being added to the WWE stable.

Speaking about the new group, Gangrel noted: "There's no reunions, no talks, with Christian or Edge. Although it would be really cool to be with Damian Priest and Edge, that's cool. I love how he's got like a mixed Brood/Taker vibe with the raise of the chair and the fire. That was really cool. I am really happy for him, he's a really good dude.

"And from what I know of Damian Priest, all my interactions with him, a few conversations that I have had with him, he's a great dude. So, I think they deserve each other, in a good way, and I hope they do really good business, and I hope they do big things. I hope they get Rhea Ripley, and some really cool people in this faction, and so some really cool stuff."

The Brood was previously a vampiric faction on WWE TV in 1998 and 1999 and Edge called back to his Brood days last year at SummerSlam 2021 for his match with Seth Rollins.
