Giulia To Finish Up With Marigold On August 19 Before Heading To WWE

Giulia will soon be finished wrestling in Japan.

The former World of STARDOM Champion revealed over the weekend that she would make a major announcement at today's Marigold event. That announcement was ultimately Giulia revealing she will have her last match in Japan on August 19 at Tokyo's Korakuen Hall and she only has five matches left in the 'Land of the Rising Sun.' 

The expectation for the entirety of 2024 has been that Giulia would work for Marigold, the new promotion launched by Stardom Founder Rossy Ogawa, before she heads to WWE later in the year. Reports in recent days have noted that Giulia would be finishing up in August and the expectation is she will start with WWE around NXT's next 'premium live event' which is scheduled to be NXT No Mercy on September 1. 

Giulia may have started with WWE NXT sooner than August but she sustained a fractured wrist in May during Marigold's first show which kept her out of action until July 13 when she faced Sareee for the Marigold World Title at Summer Destiny.
