GUNTHER Addresses Possibility Of Adding New Members To Imperium

If it ain't broke...

Imperium have been very successful since forming in 2019, winning titles in NXT, NXT UK and on WWE's main roster.

Due to how well the trio are working, the group's leader GUNTHER doesn't believe that they need to add anyone else to their ranks.

Speaking with Steve Fall on Ten Count, the current Intercontinental Champion said the following about whether or not Imperium needs a new member:

"No, I think it's perfect how it is. I'm a big believer in 'never change a running system'. I think too much in and out can water a group down a little bit. We're all together for a reason, nothing's random. We are all tightly connected in our private lives too, especially with Kaiser. Our careers went the same way since we started. There's a history of that group a long time before WWE, so it's something that was just authentically there. As of right now, I feel like it's good how it is".

It was previously reported that WWE were considering calling up NXT star Ilja Dragunov as a new member of the group.

GUNTHER recently passed the one-year mark as Intercontinental Champion.
