Gunther recently revealed that he is by no means a fan of the Ultimate Warrior, saying the former WWE Champion was a showman rather than a wrestler.

Despite his in-ring work not being his strongest asset, Warrior was still one of the most popular stars of a generation, and one of the biggest names during WWF’s golden period. GUNTHER stands by his assessment of the WWE Hall of Famer, though, saying the following to WrestlingNews.co:

"Somebody at work came up to me and went like, 'That was funny.' It's like, ‘Did you mean that?’ Yeah, of course, I mean it,” said GUNTHER.

During his three runs with WWE, Ultimate Warrior reigned as a one-time Intercontinental Champion, and one-time WWE Champion, and would have a short infamous run with WCW in 1998. After years seemingly blacklisted by WWE, Warrior was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014 ahead of WrestleMania XXX, with his last public appearance coming on the Raw after Mania before suffering a fatal heart attack.
