Hangman Page Considered Kota Ibushi's Most-Desired Opponent

Should Hangman Page and Kota Ibushi not team together in All Elite Wrestling, the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion wants to face Page, with Dark Puroresu Flowsion calling the former AEW World Champion Ibushi's most-desired opponent.

"Multiple occasions Kota Ibushi has brought up to me that if he can't team with Hangman Page. Then he would like a singles rematch against him. I'd say Hangman Page is #1 on Ibushi's list as his most desired opponent," Dark Puroresu Flowsion tweeted.

Ibushi and Page have only had one singles match. They previously clashed at ROH Supercard of Honor XII in 2018, with Ibushi coming out on top on that occasion. 

The Golden Star has also expressed his willingness to team with Page, revealing he wants to stand alongside Hangman, The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega in some capacity at AEW All In from Wembley Stadium on August 27. All Elite Wrestling have also been mentioned as Ibushi's top choice for a promotion.

The 40-year-old has been a free agent since leaving New Japan Pro-Wrestling in February.
