Harley Hudson Earns TNA Wrestling Contract Following Gutcheck Challenge Win

Another pickup for TNA on their UK tour.

TNA Wrestling were on something of a signing spree during their recent UK tour, it seems.

As well as snapping up 19-year-old high-flier Leon Slater, the promotion also signed Harley Hudson to a developmental deal.

Hudson earned the deal by winning a Gutcheck Challenge in Coventry. Hudson defeated Emersyn Jayne during TNA's show in the city on October 29.

The Gutcheck competition was judged by TNA President Scott D'Amore, Joe Hendry and Gail Kim.

Harley will now train at the Can-Am Dojo in Canada. The Can-Am dojo is run by former IMPACT World Heavyweight Champion Josh Alexander and D'Amore. Previous graduates of the school include KUSHIDA, Moose and Allysin Kay.

Responding to the news on X, Hudson wrote "I have no words - thank u everyone for ur kind messages, I can't believe it".

The Liverpool-born wrestler made her in-ring debut in 2019 and has wrestled for various companies throughout the UK. FutureShock Wrestling called their former Women's Champion 'the best thing to come out of Liverpool since Cilla Black'.
