Hulk Hogan will speak at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin later today ahead of fellow WWE Hall of Famer Donald Trump accepting the Republican Party nomination for President of the United States, according to NBC News.

"Two senior campaign officials confirmed to NBC News that Hulk Hogan will speak tonight at the RNC convention ahead of former President Trump formally accepting the GOP nomination for President of the United States," NBC News tweeted.

What exactly Hogan is planning to say at the RNC is unknown but the WWE connections don't stop there as former WWE CEO Linda McMahon is also planned to speak ahead of Trump, according to POST Wrestling's John Pollock. McMahon previously served in Trump's cabinet as the Small Business Administrator and she is currently the chairwoman of the Trump-friendly America First Policy Institute. She is Trump's second-biggest billionaire donor for the 2024 campaign.

Hulk Hogan and Donald Trump have been connected since the 1980s and Hogan pitched to be Trump's running mate for the 2016 US presidential election.

Trump is expected to receive a big entrance for his nomination speech, with Republican congressman Byron Donalds saying earlier this week it will be like "Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania."

Hogan was recently at the centre of controversy following a claim that he had a brand ambassador for his Real American Beer fired because she was black. Real American Beer has denied that was why the individual was let go.

Hulk Hogan has a history of past racist comments, including using the N-word multiple times to describe his daughter Brooke's then-boyfriend. Hogan's comments were leaked in 2015 and WWE severed their ties with the former world champion until 2018.
