IMPACT Wrestling Reportedly 'Really After' Bray Wyatt Signing

Wyatt was released by WWE in late July

It appears the Bray Wyatt won't be short of offers following his exit from WWE, with IMPACT Wrestling reportedly really keen on adding the former 'Fiend' to their roster.

Wyatt was surprisingly released by WWE at the end of July, having not been seen on WWE television since the night following WrestleMania 37.

The 34-year-old has been linked with a switch to All Elite Wrestling, although there have been conflicting reports as to how close a move to Tony Khan's promotion is for the former WWE Champion, but it seems AEW could have competition for his signature.

In an update, Dave Meltzer noted on the Sunday Night’s Main Event podcast that IMPACT Wrestling officials are 'really after' Wyatt and are eager to bring him into the promotion.

However, there is no word as to whether the interest is reciprocated by Wyatt.

Wyatt's WWE 90-day non-compete clause is due to expire on Friday 29 October which would, in theory, make him available for the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view a week later.

Wyatt has only wrestled one match in 2021, competing with and losing to Randy Orton at WrestleMania 37.
