Injured AEW Talent Potentially Nearing Return

An injured name could be coming back to AEW

It has been nearly a whole year since the last time AEW fans saw Private Party’s Marq Quen in an AEW ring, with his last match seeing him on the losing side of a tag team match against the duo of Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal at AEW Rampage on the December 2nd edition in 2022.

An update from Fightful Select had indicated that Quen may finally be back amongst the action soon, though. The report noted that Quen was spotted backstage recently, with AEW hoping that his return will come “sooner rather than later”.

Since Quen has been away, his partner Isiah Kassidy has been renamed  to “Brother Zay” and has teamed up with the likes of Ethan Page and the Hardys in an act which hasn’t been given a whole load of time on AEW programming.

It remains to be seen if a Quen return from injury will lead to more TV time for the Private Party tag team and a renewed push.
