Multi-time world champion Sheamus has been out of action since all the way back in November, last competing on Monday Night RAW when he teamed with John Cena and Rey Mysterio to wrestle Judgment Day. He was ultimately pulled from the “Last Time Is Now” tournament due to a shoulder injury. It was later revealed that Sheamus underwent shoulder surgery in December, though there was no timeframe on a comeback. Well, it might not be too long until fans see him again.
Sheamus took to Instagram this week to show that he was at the WWE Performance Center to train and work out in the ring, meaning that he is edging ever closer to a return from his shoulder injury. In the pictures posted, Sheamus was posing in the corner of the ring and with scrapes on his back, meaning that his workout session might’ve gotten quite physical and intensive.
Sheamus has missed quite a few big shows over the last few years due to both injuries and lack of creative plans, missing out on the previous three WrestleMania cards.
