Isiah Kassidy says fans are in for a ‘super wild’ time with The Firm Deletion in AEW
For several months, Matt Hardy has threatened to become broken once again, with his indentured servitude to The Firm pushing the tag legend to the edge.
Hardy finally broke free from The Firm with brother Jeff, Private Party, and HOOK by his side, and will take on Stokely Hathaway’s heel group in a ‘Firm Deletion’ match in AEW. Whilst we don’t know the ins and outs of the upcoming bout, Private Party’s Isiah Kassidy has given his thoughts on the upcoming bout, revealing the following to Dark Puroresu Flowsion on Twitter:
“It’s going to be SUPER wild! Lowkey, I would love to see a Broken Zay. If I’m out of pocket now, I wonder how unhinged Broken Zay would be.”
Matt Hardy confirmed the match will take place on The Hardy Compound, and is likely to be an unhinged cinematic experience akin to the Final Deletion series in IMPACT Wrestling. If so, this will be a return to cinematic wrestling for AEW, having held several pre-taped bouts during the pandemic era of pro wrestling, including The Elite Deletion that pitted Matt Hardy against Sammy Guevara at Full Gear 2020.
