Jack Perry Files To Trademark 'Jurassic Express' And 'A Boy And His Dinosaur’

Jack Perry has filed trademarks for some of his past unions

Despite ditching all vestiges of his ‘Jungle Boy’ past on All Elite Wrestling television, Jack Perry has been busy filing trademarks from his past.

The former AEW World Tag Team Champion filed to trademark the name ‘Jungle Boy’ earlier this month, and has since followed up by filing trademarks for the names ‘Jurassic Express’ and ‘A Boy And His Dinosaur’ on December 13 - both team names used by himself and former partner Luchasaurus (now Killswitch in AEW).

All three trademarks were filed on behalf of Perry’s Boy Myth Legend, Inc., with trademark attorney Michael Dockins working with Perry on the filings.

The latest trademarks are listed as being for:

“Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.”

Perry has been absent from AEW TV since being suspended for his part in a backstage fight with CM Punk at All In in August 2023.
