KUSHIDA Signs With TNA Wrestling

KUSHIDA is the latest name to sign with TNA Wrestling

We are mere weeks away from the relaunch of TNA Wrestling at Hard to Kill on January 13, and ahead of the relaunch TNA have announced that KUSHIDA has officially signed with the organisation.

The multi-time IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champion has been working with IMPACT Wrestling since Summer 2022, but has now officially put pen to paper on a full-time deal, following on from the recent signing of Trent Seven.

The signing was announced by TNA on Twitter/X, and is another excellent addition to an impressive roster.

KUSHIDA last wrestled in a TNA/IMPACT ring at the IMPACT 1000 tapings in September 2023, with the former Time Splitter primarily splitting his time between IMPACT and New Japan pro Wrestling since leaving WWE NXT in April 2022. KUSHIDA has also made an appearance for All Elite Wrestling, unsuccessfully challenging then TNT Champion Darby Allin in January 2023.

With TNA and NJPW enjoying a healthy working relationship, it remains to be seen how often KUSHIDA will ply his trade in a New Japan ring outside of the two promotions’ joint Multiverse shows.
