New WWE NXT Talent Loses Debut Match

A new WWE NXT talent suffers a loss in their debut match

A new WWE NXT talent made their in-ring debut on Tuesday, December 12.

The latest edition of NXT featured the beginning of the NXT Men's Breakout Tournament. New wrestler Keanu Carver competed in the opening round, going one-on-one with Riley Osborne, but Carver ultimately came up short in his debut match, sustaining a loss to Osborne following a Shooting Star Press. Carver, particularly his power, impressed many in his in-ring debut, however.

Real name Kevin Robertson, Keanu Carver has been a part of WWE since June of 2023. He is a former American football defensive tackle at Temple University.

Riley Osborne will advance to face the winner of Lexis King vs. Dion Lennox in the semi-finals. King earned a spot in the tournament after taking out Trey Bearhill backstage with a steel chair. This prompted him to enter the tournament upon the urging of Ava.

Oba Femi also continued to impress on WWE NXT, this time earning a victory over Myles Borne with a Powerbomb to reach the semi-finals. He will face the winner of Tavion Heights vs. Luca Crusifino.
