The Elimination Chamber pay-per-view may not completely determine the Undisputed WWE Title match at WrestleMania 42.

Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Je'Von Evans, Trick Williams, LA Knight, and Jey Uso will face off inside the Elimination Chamber for the opportunity to challenge Drew McIntyre for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 42. A wrestler not in the Elimination Chamber, though, in Jacob Fatu has "a lot of support" within WWE creative to be involved in the WWE Title match at WrestleMania, WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select has reported.

Should WWE want to add Fatu into the WWE Title match, the company would need to do so with an angle at some point between the Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 42.

Fatu has been involved in the WWE Championship picture since making his return on the January 9 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, during which he cost Cody Rhodes the WWE Title and accidentally helped Drew McIntyre to claim the belt by attacking both men during the final Steel Cage portion of their Three Stages of Hell match.

The plan for the Undisputed WWE Title match at WrestleMania 42 as of the Royal Rumble was for either a singles match between Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes or a Triple Threat with Jacob Fatu added to the mix, but WWE reportedly ripped up their 'Mania plans in early February due to lower-than-expected ticket sales for the company's biggest weekend of the year.
