Jake "The Snake" Roberts Returns To AEW TV, aligns with The Righteous

Jake Roberts is back in AEW, and he's brought some freaky friends

Jake “The Snake” Roberts has been largely absent from AEW programming over the last couple of years, with his client Lance Archer very rarely being booked to appear in the promotion in recent times. Roberts has now made his return to AEW though alongside Archer, and he has also joined forces with a new act.

After Archer was on the losing side of a match against Darby Allin on last night’s AEW Collision, Roberts took to the mic and revealed that Archer wasn’t the only person who he had in his locker, and this brought out Vincent and Dutch of The Righteous, who haven’t been seen on AEW programming since their handicap match loss to MJF at the WrestleDream PPV event when they challenged for the ROH World Tag Team Championships. The trio cut a promo on Allin, mocking the “It’s Showtime” catchphrase of Allin’s ally Sting.

Roberts’ reveal allowed Archer to sneak up and attack Allin from behind, clawing back at least some momentum from his loss on the show.
