Within a new filing today, Janel Grant's legal team has filed an opposition to Dr. Carlon Colker's motion to dismiss the Bill of Discovery she filed against Colker and Peak Wellness.

Janel Grant filed a Bill of Discovery with the Superior Court of Connecticut on Tuesday, July 16 against Colker and Peak Wellness, seeking medical records related to the sex trafficking lawsuit she filed against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis in January. It was alleged by Grant that the medical records she had received so far were incomplete and inaccurate.

It was also alleged that Grant received care from Colker's clinic from November 2019 until April 15, 2022 upon the direction of Vince McMahon. While being treated at Peak Wellness, Grant was allegedly instructed to take pills and undergo treatments that were not disclosed to her.

Colker also allegedly knew about the nondisclosure agreement between Janel Grant and Vince McMahon, at which point Colker recommended Grant use his attorney to negotiate the NDA.

Grant also alleged that a Peak Wellness employee, identified as "physical therapist" in the original lawsuit, was involved in "several instances of sexual abuse against Ms. Grant by McMahon." It was confirmed in today's filing that the physical therapist was the third person in the threesome during which Vince McMahon allegedly defecated on Janel Grant's head and directed her to continue engaging in a sexual act with the other person while faeces ran down her back.

Carlon Colker was previously confirmed to be the "Celebrity Doctor" mentioned in the original sex trafficking lawsuit.

Dr. Colker filed a motion to dismiss Grant's Bill of Discovery on August 29. He also filed a complaint against Grant, claiming her filings were simply part of a "smear campaign", but Colker withdrew that complaint in early September.

Vince McMahon filed his own opposition to Grant's Bill of Discovery, which was denied on August 6.

Today's filing is designed to show there is reason to believe there was wrongdoing in regards to Janel Grant's treatment at the clinic and the filing is often used to determine a possible cause of action or potential reason to sue someone.

"Imagine being at your most vulnerable, and the doctor you are told to see only makes you feel worse. Our filing today makes clear that Dr. Colker violated ethical and medical standards when he injected unknown substances into Janel's body and directed her to take unlabeled pills while dismissing her basic questions about those drugs. Peak Wellness owes Janel Grant answers and the clinic's secrecy and evasion must come to an end," Ann Callis, Janel Grant's lawyer, said.

Janel Grant's sex trafficking lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis is currently paused until December 11 while attorneys for the Southern District of New York investigate allegations of sex trafficking and sexual misconduct against Vince McMahon stretching back to 1986.
