Hardy was booked on Monday

Jeff Hardy was arrested on Monday in Volusia County, FL, according to an arrest report on the county's website.

Per the report, Hardy was booked at 12:45 pm local time on three charges, including DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and violating restrictions placed on his license.

Total bond was listed at $3,500, with the DUI charge itself costing $2,500.

The report also notes that the DUI charge would be Hardy's third offense within ten years.

Hardy was scheduled to wrestle as part of a three-team ladder match on this Wednesday's AEW Dynamite in St. Louis, teaming with brother Matt to face World Tag Team champions Jurassic Express and fellow challengers The Young Bucks.

Hardy last wrestled at Double or Nothing on May 29 in Las Vegas, teaming with Matt to defeat the Bucks.

The 44-year-old former WWE and TNA World champion debuted with AEW in March, reuniting with Matt after several years apart. Hardy had been released from WWE in December, facilitated by him walking out during a match at a house show days earlier.
