Jeff Hardy's Pre-Trial Hearing Delayed Again

Hardy's legal saga continues

The ongoing legal saga of AEW star Jeff Hardy goes on, as his pre-trial hearing was once again delayed.

Hardy was meant to appear before the court on Thursday, November 17, but it did not take place as scheduled. His defence team filed for a continuance and Jeff's pre-trial hearing is now scheduled for Wednesday, December 21.

Based on court records, Hardy is required to be physically present for the hearing. Hardy's pre-trial hearing has been pushed back several times, including in late October

The Charismatic Enigma is awaiting trial on charges stemming from his arrest on June 13 in Florida. Hardy was charged with DUI, driving with a revoked or suspended license and violating restrictions placed on his license. He entered a written plea of 'not guilty' on June 28.

After news of his arrest broke, Jeff was suspended by AEW (without pay). Tony Khan also said that the former WWE Champion would only be able to return to the company once he had successfully completed a rehabilitation programme and demonstrated that he can maintain his sobriety.

Last month, Matt Hardy provided an update on Jeff's condition, noting that his younger brother was 'doing really well'.
