Jeff Hardy To Appear In Court On July 5

Jeff Hardy's court date has been rescheduled to July 5

PWInsider.com have provided an update on Jeff Hardy, following his arrest for DUI this past Monday.

The site notes that Hardy's court date has been moved to July 5 at 2:30 PM local time in Volusia County, Florida.

Jeff had originally been slated to appear in court yesterday, but the hearing was cancelled for unknown reasons. He had been in jail, but was eventually released after posting a $3,500 bond.

The Charismatic Enigma has been suspended without pay by All Elite Wrestling, and will only be allowed to return to action once he has completed a treatment programme and maintained his sobriety.

He was scheduled to participate in a triple threat ladder match for the AEW World Tag Team Titles on tonight's Road Rager episode of Dynamite, prior to the arrest.

Under Florida law, Jeff could be sentenced to five years in prison and need to pay a $5,000 fine, due to this being his third DUI offence within the last 10 years.
