Joe Hendry Referenced On WWE Raw

Joe Hendry briefly hinted at on WWE Raw

Probably for the first time since he was born, someone said "say his name" and Joe Hendry did not appear.

The TNA star was referenced on Monday Night Raw, with commentator Pat McAfee saying, "Say his name and he appears" during one of Drew McIntyre's segments on the June 10 episode from the WWE brand. Joe Hendry acknowledged the moment, replying to the mention with the photo of him smiling after he has spun around.

Some have speculated the mention could be a tease for a Hendry appearance at WWE Clash at the Castle in Glasgow, Scotland on Saturday night. TNA Wrestling are scheduled to hold their Against All Odds TNA+ special and a TV taping on Friday and Saturday night but Hendry has not been announced for either show.

WWE and TNA have established more of a permanent collaboration in recent weeks through a crossover between NXT and TNA. There is reportedly interest from NXT talents in working with Joe Hendry and the likes of Josh Alexander and Leon Slater.

Drew McIntyre recently exclusively told Cultaholic Wrestling that he does in fact believe in Joe Hendry. Hendry responded to McIntyre's comments, offering his own praise for the former TNA Digital Media Champion.
