John Cena Had To Console The Undertaker's Daughter After WWE WrestleMania 34 Loss

'Taker defeated Cena at WrestleMania 34

The Undertaker has recalled having to ask John Cena to talk to his daughter, who was distraught after her dad defeated Cena at WWE WrestleMania 34.

'Taker faced Cena in a quick match at WrestleMania in 2018, after weeks of build by the 16-time World Champion.

The iconic Deadman has revealed that his daughter was a big Cena fan at the time and was upset to see her favourite wrestler lose to her dad, leading to 'Taker asking Cena to come and speak to her.

Speaking to Kevin Hart on Cold As Balls, 'Taker revealed: "We're doing this thing on TV where Cena is just badmouthing me and, every week, he's trying to get me to wrestle him at 'Mania and I don't want no part of it.

"My daughter loves him. My daughter loves Cena. We have the match and she's sat front row with her mum. It's a real quick deal, I squash him in about five minutes. I kicked the sh*t out of him, dropped him on his head, pin him and I'm looking at my daughter, looking for that 'yay Daddy!' She's giving me this (half-way thumb sign). What the hell is that?

"They come back after I go backstage and she is just distraught. I am like, ‘Babe was what's wrong?’ [She said] ‘I'm happy you won but I'm really sad John lost.’

"It gets better. I gotta go get John. I said, ‘John, you gotta come and talk to my daughter back here. I need you, buddy.’ He was really good, though. He goes, ‘Okay. I said a lot of bad things about your dad. I deserved it. I'm okay. But you know, I did say a bunch of bad things.’"
