Jon Moxley Pulled From NJPW Battle In The Valley

No Moxley in San Jose

Jon Moxley has been pulled from New Japan Pro-Wrestling's Battle In The Valley event on Saturday, November 13.

Moxley was originally scheduled to appear at the San Jose show but All Elite Wrestling recently moved the Full Gear pay-per-view from November 6 to November 13 to avoid going head-to-head with UFC.

As the former IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion could not be in two places at once, he has been pulled from the NJPW show.

Moxley last appeared in NJPW at the Los Angeles' Resurgence show on August 14. The Purveyor Of Violence teamed with Yuji Nagata against The Good Brothers at the event and he later sat at ringside for the US Title match between Lance Archer and Hiroshi Tanahashi.

NJPW also announced a new start time for Battle In The Valley and the show will now start at 8 pm PT instead of 7 pm PT. Will Ospreay will also now be in action on November 13 following his matches at NJPW USA shows in September and October.

Other names advertised for Battle In The Valley are Tomohiro Ishii, Jay White, Tom Lawlor, David Finlay, Juice Robinson, Brody King, Fred Rosser and Hikuleo.
