Jordynne Grace Suffers Gnarly Injury On TNA IMPACT

Jordynne Grace sustains gnarly injury in a TNA ring

Jordynne Grace suffered a gnarly injury on the May 23 episode of TNA IMPACT during her Knockouts World Title defence against Marti Belle.

Grace ended up having a small portion of her ear ripped out by Marti Belle's fishnets during the match, with Grace revealing the extent of the injury in a post-match interview. The TNA Knockouts World Champion would end up successfully defending her title against Belle.

Following the match, Belle's partner in The Hex, Allysin Kay, made her return to TNA and attacked Jordynne Grace, seemingly setting up a future title match that could be added to June's Against All Odds TNA+ special or a future episode of TNA IMPACT.

Jordynne Grace is in her third reign as TNA Knockouts World Champion, having defeated Naomi for the belt at Hard To Kill in January. Grace appeared in the WWE Women's Royal Rumble later that month and the Juggernaut has since noted she is open to making more appearances on WWE programming. WWE's Natalya has also previously revealed her willingness to face Grace in a TNA ring.

Since regaining the Knockouts World Title, Grace has defended the championship against the likes of Steph De Lander, Miyu Yamashita, and Gisele Shaw.
